Stampin' Up! Inspired by Nature Crafty Cupcakes October 2017 Team Blog Hop

Welcome to the Crafty Cupcakes Team Stampin' Up! Blog Hop for October 2017.
Each month members of the Team take part in our Team Blog Hop to share with you our cards and projects made using the fabulous Stampin' Up products.
You are currently visiting Michelle Zanotti from Scotland - UK  and below you will see the full list of everyone taking part.
This month our theme is Inspired by Nature.

Thank you for visiting my Blog today.

Our theme this month for the Hop is Inspired by Nature and I just love the Blossoms you can create using the Bunch of Blossoms Stamp Set with it's coordinating Punch.
I teamed it up with the Ribbon of Courage Stamp Set as it has some Beautiful Uplifting Sentiments but also because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month...so it just seemed Perfect.

Bunch of Blossoms and Ribbon of Courage Stamp SetsThese were the images I used

I stamped 5 Petals - first in Powder Pink, then in Melon Mambo and the outline in Crumb Cake InkI stamped 3 Leaves - first in Wild Wasabi, then in Old Olive and the outline in Emerald Envy InkI punched everything out with the coordinating Blossom Builder Punch

I punched out the "star" shape from the Blossom Builder Punch using a scrap of cardstockIt helps to line up the Petals when putting the Blossom together with a Glue Dot at the back of each PetalI also punched out a "Centre" in Crumb Cake cardstock and added a RhinestoneI then attached the Leaves again using Glue Dots

I cut out 2 Crumb Cake panels using the Detailed Floral ThinlitsI glued them onto Powder Pink cardstock and cut round themI then glued them onto the front of the Whisper White Card Base

Before gluing down the Blossom, I placed it on the Card BaseI then stamped the Sentiment on 2 scraps of Whisper WhiteOne in Crumb Cake Ink and the other in Melon Mambo InkI then placed them on the Card Base to see which one I preferred - I went with Melon MamboI then stamped the Sentiment on the Card Base with the Melon Mambo InkI then glued the Blossom to the Card BaseI also stamped an Insert for the inside and glued it insideMelon Mambo for the Sentiment and small Heart and Powder Pink for the Sponging round the Edges

I hope you like it.
