Let's use the Leftovers - Card #14 - Retiring 2014-2016 In-Colours

http://www.craftatherapy.co.uk/2016/04/lets-use-leftovers-card-14-retiring.html

Card #14  in my Series "Let's use the Leftovers".

What would we do without our phones??...and now they come in all colours....and today they come in the 2014-2016 In-colours....

How do you like my Super Cute phones???

For this project I was inspired by another talented Stampin' Up Demonstrator...France Martin... who made something very similar a few years ago.
You can find France's Blog at   http://www.frenchiestamps.com

I have adapted the measurements of my cards as I am working with Scraps...so mine are much smaller.

http://www.craftatherapy.co.uk/2016/04/lets-use-leftovers-card-14-retiring.html

Base Card in Whisper White   9" x 2"1/2 Scored at 4"1/2
Matt in each of the 5 In-colours   4"1/2 x 2"1/2
Whisper White Matt   4"2/8 x 2"2/8
Basic black Matt   3" x 2"

I rounded all 4 corners of the Base Card and all the Matts using the Project Life Corner Punch.

Using the Owl Punch...I punched out a circle in each of the 5 coloured cardstocks (for the Button)...a tiny circle in Basic Black cardstock (for the camera)...and 2 small hearts in real red cardstock for the eyes of the emoji (the smiley face).
I also cut out free hand a tiny rectangle in Basic Black cardstock (for the speaker).

For the Smiley Face I punched out a circle in Daffodil Delight cardstock with the 1" Circle Punch.
I drew the Mouth of the smiley face by hand using the Project Life Journaling Pen.

The Sentiment is from the Happy Happenings Stamp Set...stamped in Versamark Ink and heat embossed with White Emboss Powder.

I love them!!
